Group Testing

Group testing is for two or more individuals associated with an Organization such as a church, school or Christian ministry. The process starts with an individual of the Organization serving as test proctor who creates one or more Groups to be tested. This process will assign a separate Activation Code for each Group. The Activation Code, along with the test URL, will be given to those taking the test. Users will receive a confidential Scorecard immediately upon completion of test. The proctor will be able to run summary reports for the group but will not see individual results.

The cost of WorldviewCheckup for group testing is based on the following scale:

Group size Discount Rate Cost per user
2-49 15% $15.10
50-249 25% $13.32
250-499 35% $11.54
500+ 50% $8.88

Total group cost must be paid in the process of creating a Group Session. This cost may be covered by the organization or collected from users in full or in part, at the discretion of the Organization.

The Group Proctor may run summary reports at any time while tests are being taken or when all users have finished. Once all the purchased tests have been started, no new tests can be taken with that activation code. If not all tests were used, they may be taken later using the same login credentials. Additional tests may be added to a Group, if needed, at the same rate as initially paid.

There are two summary reports showing individual results, one in order of name and the other in order of scores. Since a key feature of WorldviewCheckup is its confidentiality policy, we have made a requirement in order to run these two reports. When you select either of the Individual Results reports, you will need to check a box that states you have been granted permission by the Group, to run these reports to aid in testing follow-up. As Proctor, you simply need to inform the group that these two reports will be very helpful in how the Group can help one another in improving worldview understanding. Also state that the reports do not display how anyone answered any question. One option for any who choose to not have their individual results displayed is for that person(s) to use the Single User option. This would however affect the Group average scores and require the individual(s) to pay for their single user test.
